Once you place your order, it gets processed right away — we don’t like to keep you waiting! Our team will pack and ship your items within 1-3 business days, and voilà, your wig is on its way. ✈️
Now, here’s the lowdown on delivery times:
  • For US orders: Expect your new look to arrive in 3-7 business days.
  • For international orders: Give it about 7-15 business days to reach you.
Just a heads-up: Some items are super popular, so shipping might take a little longer than expected, but we promise it’ll be worth the wait!


2. 📦 How long does delivery take?

We know how exciting it is to receive your new wig, and we do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 15 business days, depending on where you are in the world. 🌍

If it’s been a bit longer than expected and you’re getting anxious (we totally get it!), just shoot us a message at support@whimsicalwigs.com, and we’ll check on your order for you. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of purchasing, let us know right away, and we’ll make it right! 😎

That means you won’t have to worry about receiving one item and waiting for the others. We ship all of our products from the same location, so chances are they’ll arrive at the same time. 🎁

However, depending on stock availability and where the items are coming from, there’s a slight chance your order might get split into multiple packages. If that happens, don’t worry — everything will reach you soon!
